Baby Luc's is a slice shop in Carroll Gardens, ourproject is a neighborhood pizzeria serving sicilian pies/slices, other menu items, and delicious things to drink. We are looking to fulfill a pizza prep cook position. Primary Duties: Follow the prep list created by chef to plan duties. Label and stock all ingredients to be organized and easily accessible. Portion, stock and maintain freshingredients and seasonings to be used ongarnishing. Maintain a clean and orderly oven. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Comply with sanitation guidelines and keep a clean and orderly line. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned. Knows how to work with Pizza Dough and can ensure a high quality. Preparing dough, cutting, grating, slicing, serving Qualifications Essential Prior experience in preparing foods Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Provide legible communication. High school graduate or equivalent culinary training certificate. NYC Food Handlers Physical Abilities Exert physical effort in transporting up to 40 pounds.
